Exceptionally knowledgeable, skilled, and professional staff. I was rear ended and needed an estimate. They went the extra lengths to ensure part of the damage was fixed quicker so I could drive my vehicle while waiting for a full repair timeslot. I was kept in the loop throughout the process while I drove a great courtesy car and the end result of the repairs is beyond expectations. It's clear they went the extra mile. There was an area of damage that was not part of the claim which they nicely cleaned up and blended, and their paint match and quality was perfect. They even detailed my car and got it back on the day they said I would. Highly recommend. Thank you for making things easy. 6 stars.

I had some cosmetic damage on my front bumper and brought my car in to get it repaired. I was originally told the work would likely take about a week, which seemed completely reasonable, but I was pleasantly surprised when it was finished in only three days.
The results were incredible. My bumper looks completely restored and like new again.
The experience from start to finish was great. The receptionist and other staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, which made the whole process easy and stress-free.
I’m really impressed with the quality of the work and the customer service. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing auto body repairs!

Amazing repair shop. They fixed my crashed 370z in a week and a half and Kristi was amazing throughout the whole process. Kristi even stayed late for me so I could be able to pick up my vehicle. I could not be happier!

I had a rear-end collision with my 2023 Toyota Camry and chose On Line Collision for the repairs. I’m extremely impressed with their professionalism and quality of work.
The repair was done flawlessly — the paint finish is perfectly even, with no visible imperfections at all. You would never be able to tell the car had been damaged. Their workmanship and attention to detail are outstanding.
Previously, I had repairs done at a private shop in Richmond. I was told it would be cheaper, but in the end, I paid more and was not satisfied with the results. This time, the repair process was actually more complex, yet the cost was lower and the quality was far superior.
On Line Collision is honest, transparent, and reasonably priced. I truly feel they are a trustworthy and reliable auto body shop. Highly recommended.

They were super helpful and very pleasant to deal with. They provided me with a loaner car even after I first declined one so it was a nice surprise that I got one. The job of the sunroof panel and windshield look like new and the car is 8 years old. So, super pleased and happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

On-line collision did a body repair on my vehicle. The repair was excellent on the body. But they also went the extra mile cleaning the car inside and out making it look brand new again. I was so happy and highly recommend them. Staff were very friendly too.
